Aaron "A1" Michael-Lee Andrews

Aaron was born December 6, 1982 in Frankfurt, Germany to Donna Jean (Baker) Andrews and Walter Lee Andrews, Jr. God called him home October 1, 2025 in Tacoma, WA at the age of 42.

Aaron's dad was active duty Army and the family was stationed in Europe at his birth. Aaron loved that he was born in another country. He often boasted about his "American Born Abroad " birth certificate, thinking it made him cool. His family moved back to Tacoma at age 1. Aaron resided there for the balance of his life.

Aaron's brother, Sean, was 10 years older. Despite the age difference, they loved each other deeply. He looked up to his brother and often sought his approval and guidance. He even copied his brother's since of style: everything had to match, from his hat to his shoes.

Aaron had a quick wit and was always smiling or laughing loudly, like his dad. As a child, he loved hanging out with his cousins. Although they were good kids, they got into fun mischief a time or too.

Aaron attended Stuart Middle School where he thrived. However, the high school setting was a challenge for him. As an adult, he and then partner, Adriana, successfully earned their GED's from Clover Park Technical College while their baby girl, Bella, watched them proudly walk across the stage.

Aaron led his adult life to the best of his abilities. His   decisions were often based on his current  circumstances. Although distant from his daughter and birth family he never wavered in his love for them. His community family loved and cared for him because of his kindness and love for them. Most importantly, Aaron had a loving and personal relationship with God.

Aaron is preceded in death by his father, Walter L. Andrews, Jr; sister, Andria L. Andrews; and grandparents, Winston and Willia Walker, Charles and Mary Rhodes, Donald Baker and Walter Andrews Sr.

Visitation services will be held 3-6 PM,  Monday,  October   27, 2025 at Scott Funeral Home
