Bulah Mae was born Friday, September 3, 1937 in Yakima, Washington. She transitioned from this life at home on May 17, 2026 in Tacoma, Washington.
Bulah attended Shiloh Baptist Church under Rev. Earnest Brazill. She was an active member and sang in the church choir. Bulah had strong faith and was constantly reading her bible and hosting bible studies in her home.
She loved music especially the blues. Her Friday nights would be spent listening to blues music with close family friends. In her younger days she was a dancer and welcomed the opportunity to spend time at the Caballeros Club. She was a relaxed person who enjoyed the life God gave her.
Bulah was a devoted mother to her two boys Arias Wilson and Timothy Evans. She taught her sons how to BBQ. She would serve her famous St. Louis spare ribs with a side of greens with lots of hammocks. Bulah taught her boys well!
She leaves behind her two sons. Her grandchildren: Olivia, Sophia, Julian, Orina, Amy, Ariassa, Nykiba, and Avalon. Two brothers Donald and Garfield Wilson and a host of relatives.
