A beautiful life remembered and celebrated

Derek Anthony Fletcher was born in Tacoma, Washington on October 4, 1959 to Roy Fletcher and Gean Fletcher. He departed this life August 2, 2026. He attended Stadium high school. He was a Sea-Hawks fan but his passion was his kids and grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his mother Gean A. Fletcher, his son Marcus Fletcher. He is left to cherish his wife Angela Fletcher. Five daughters: Danielle, Caitlin, Jannele, Sasha and Mackenzie. One son Jordan. A host of Grandchildren and Great grandchildren. He is also survived by his father Pastor Roy L. Fletcher. Siblings: Sharon (Fred), Michael (Barbara), Carolyn (Darrell). Bernice, Roy Jr. (Clarissa), Curtis (Tameka). A host of nieces and nephews. Derek enjoyed singing and Karaoke, but most of all his family meant everything to him. He loved the Lord and loved singing his praises. He was known to us as Lionel Richie.
