Elizabeth Marie Manley was born in Tacoma, WA to Thomas and Roberta Condon on Friday, May 13, 1977. Elizabeth was a life long resident of Tacoma. She left this world March 19, 2021.

She was the grand mother to one grand daughter who was the light of her life. Elizabeth enjoyed spending time with family and friends. In her own way Elizabeth wanted to love everybody around her. She enjoyed random acts of kindness by her family such as receiving flower bouquets in shades of orange. We love her and she will be missed.
