The Obituary of Mr. Freeman A. Foley Jr. Mr. Foley was born in Kansas City, Missouri on January 09, 1947 to Freeman Adrian Foley Sr. and Mary Helen Stewart.

Freeman served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged with numerous awards. At the end of his military career Mr. Foley received a 100% rating.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Marie Foley of Spanaway, Washington; daughter Josette Foley of Atlanta, Georgia; sister Cheryl (Bill) Foley and his brother Lawrence Whittaker Jr. both of Aurora, Colorado. Step daughters Alana Harris, Lakitha Harris, and Fraunne (Michael) Doud. He also leaves to cherish his memory his grand daughters, one grandson and numerous great-grand children, relatives, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents a daughter, Dahlkea Foley, and a brother, Paul Whittaker. We will always miss him.
