Gladys M. Burnette passed away peacefully at home on September 8, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones. Her visitation services will be held Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 4-6pm at Scott Funeral Home. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, September 27, 2027 at 1pm at Greater Joy COGIC 5443 S Thompson Ave, Tacoma, WA 98408

Her family extends an open invitation to her repast September 27th from 4pm-8pm at Tacoma Scottish Rite Masonic 817 S Vassault St, Tacoma, WA 98465

Remember she will be

By family and friends

Though her years with us

Have come to an end

When thinking of her

Who was so kind

There are numerous of things

That come to mind

Welcome in her home

She made all feel

And cooking was her thing

Before becoming ill

Nothing for her church

She would not do

Because she loved the Lord

And her leaders too

Forgotten never

Will she be

And her face in Heaven

Again we will see

So knowing that this

Is not the end

We can be encouraged

Both family and friends
