With profound sadness and heartfelt love, we announce the passing of our mother Michelle Antoinette Fuller, who peacefully departed this life on July 20, 2026, in Seattle, Washington, at the age of 68. Michelle Antoinette "Mickie" Fuller, was born on December 10, 1957, at Scott Air Force Base in St. Clair County, Illinois, Michelle was the oldest daughter of Doris Morgan and the late Johnny Fuller Jr. To those who knew and loved her most, she was simply "Mickie"— a woman whose love was fierce, whose honesty was unwavering, and whose presence could fill any room.

Michelle devoted much of her professional life to serving others as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Caring for people came naturally to her, she was always willing to lend a hand to help someone in their time of need.

Although she did not belong to a regular church congregation, Michelle loved the Lord deeply and found comfort in her faith, trusting that she was always loved by Him. Her faith, along with her resilience, carried her through life's joys and challenges.

Above all else, Michelle loved her family. Nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with the people she loved most; enjoying good food, listening to soulful music, laughing and dancing together.

Michelle leaves behind her beloved children, Jocelynn Fuller, Carissa Foster, Teresa Fuller, and Tyrone Fuller, who will forever cherish her memory.

She was a proud grandmother to Lamonte, My'Kariissa, Charles, Madison, Anthony, Brendan, Austin, Aubree, Isaac, Carter, Monroe, Morgan, and Dallas, and a great-grandmother to Allius, KaMy’A and Amoura. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought immeasurable joy to her life, and she treasured every opportunity spent with them.

Michelle is also lovingly remembered by her siblings: Phylicia Fuller, her only sister and lifelong friend, with whom she shared countless laughs and treasured memories; Johnny Fuller III; Dwayne Borders; and her youngest brother, Pierre Borders, whom she loved unconditionally and cared for as though he were her own son. She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Fuller Jr., and her brothers, Michael Fuller and Blane Fuller.

Those who knew Michelle will remember her generous heart, unmistakable sense of humor, and fearless honesty. She never believed in sugarcoating the truth and never bit her tongue for anyone. If she loved you, you knew it. If she had something to say, you heard it. She was strong, authentic, and unapologetically herself—a woman who stood firmly in her convictions and fiercely protected the people she loved.

Michelle also had a playful spirit. She loved good music and could often be heard saying, "Turn on some music." And anyone who knew her well can probably still hear her confidently declaring one of her most memorable sayings: "I ain't the one to be “bleep” with." It was classic Mickie—strong, funny, and full of personality.

While our hearts are broken by her passing, we are forever grateful for the years we shared with her. Her love, wisdom, laughter, strength, and unwavering devotion to family will continue to live on through the lives she touched.

Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit remains in every cherished memory, every family gathering, every shared meal, and every song that makes us smile.

Rest peacefully, Mommy. You will be forever missed, never forgotten and deeply loved.
