Nora Elizabeth Hacker was born July 28, 1972 in Bellevue WA to Donald and Lenora (Tricoli) Meier.  Nora died March 28, 2025 from metastatic colon cancer.  She is survived by her partner of 27 years, Matthew Hacker and her four children, Jonathan, Cass, Rain, and Elizabeth.  She was committed to anti-racist organizing whether it was in the Franklin Pierce School District or in Tacoma, alongside outreach workers who demand dignity for unhoused neighbors.  Nora was passionate, authentic, and cared deeply about healing harm wherever it presented itself.  Her humor and love for others will be missed.

Services will be held April 12, 2025 at 2pm at First United Methodist 621 Tacoma Ave South Tacoma, WA 98402
