Quatezz Wrice "Tezz" 19, was born September 21, 2001 in Seattle, Washington. He was an amazing person. Tezz has a smile that would make your heart melt. He was a new dad and so very proud of his baby. Tezz we wish you knew how much we loved you. We are at a loss for words because you are no longer here, you will be forever our angel.
