Tobiah Rudo Twine was born June 18, 1983, in Seattle, to Tim & Arnette Twine of Tacoma. His sunset was June 10, 2025 in Tacoma. Tobiah was the second of four children who came onto this world rough but tough! He was a bright light in a dark world and faced challenges that few endure! He graduated from Gig Harbor High, graduated with a B. S. in Human Services from University of Phoenix and a Master of Social Work from U. W! He was a board member of Hope Sparks and loved his community! His sense of humor was very unique and his laughter infectious! He leaves behind his stepsons Caleb & Gabriel, his father & stepmom, Tim & Coral Twine and a host of family friends! He left an indelible mark on everything he did and loved to help anyone who needed help! We'll miss his energy!

His celebration of life will be held 2pm, Friday, June 27, 2025 at Peace Haven Chapel 7714 Douglas Street West Lakewood, WA 98499
