Obituary

Traniece Lashé Armstrong was born on May 26, 1983 in Tacoma Washington to Zena Peete and gifted to her stepfather James Darrin Peete. She was the oldest of three girls and she took this role and responsibility as the oldest quite seriously she was raised in a spiritual loving environment despite the trials and tribulations that beset us all one way or another. She was also raised up in New Covenant Pentecostal Tabernacle due to her grandparents Troy and Manning and Melvin Manning being members since 1975.

She attended Elmhurst Elementary, Keithley Middle School, and Stadium High School. She also attended Tacoma Community College where she began the human services program. She had a gift of understanding physics and was really good in mathematics she was an adventurous being to the core and wasn't afraid of anything or anyone she adored her grandmother Troy Ann guy as she called her and was a huge factor and tranice's ability to clean in a way that definitely supported the cliche saying "Cleanliness is next to Godliness". She had a special gift in her ability to restore and bring back to life just about anything.

She took the time to show anyone anything she could possibly teach them, and always willing to learn in return. She was a "BOSS" in her own right and had a special liking to nice things and big name brands. She had this attitude about herself that some may have seen as being cocky and prideful but she meant well she only wanted others to celebrate themselves as well. She was very adamant about doing things the right way and she always said "a job halfway done is still a job undone". She was resilient and didn't need anybody to motivate her to be because she was 100% sure about who she was and what she stood for.

She loved her mother despite the bickering and arguments, because she came to the understanding that her mom always showed up for her regardless of the choices she made. She adored her godmother Theresa Reed who was one of her biggest inspirations and role models. She loved her sisters with the love that couldn't be explained by her words alone, but in her actions ensuring they knew how to be some go getters as well, and that they always had the best of the best on purpose. She always showed up and showed out when it came to them. She loved her daughters with all her being and assured they knew what life was really about and didn't sugarcoat the bitter truths in life we must sometimes endure by force of by choice. She also allowed them to be themselves and taught the importance of having a mind of their own.

She was one that naturally welcomed all types of people towards her and it was eager to learn something new about different ethnicities as well. She also learn Arabic. One thing about her was if she said she was going to get it you can guarantee she would have it. That's probably why at 16 she was the first one with a Rolex , and throughout her time on Earth you could probably say she had obtained 4 Mercedes Benz and it represented her hardwork and go getter mentality

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Troy Ann Manning and Melvin Manning her mother Zena Peete, her uncle Craig Surls, her aunt Barbara Elaine Phillips and many other relatives , and friends along the way. She leaves to cherish her two daughters Vasenya Suarez, Ka'Mora Suarez, her kids father Oziel Suarez, her two sisters Chanel Livingston, Yvette Edwards, her niece Y'Laine Edwards , her nephew Zuriel Ortiz, her Godmother Theresa Reed, and God brothers James Reed, Marcus Reed, her best friend, sister and confidant Vernessia Brown , and her "Day Ones" as she'd call them. As well as many others that loved her unconditionally. She will definitely be missed here on this earth, but her spirit will live on forever!!!
