A Beautiful Life Remembered

Zelma Lynn Minor (77) passed away peacefully on June 6, 2026, due to a head injury. Born on September 30, 1948, in Missouri to Estalline and Alfred Kugler.  Lynn grew up riding horses on her family farm alongside her four siblings. She was an adventurous spirit and a driven professional. Her career in office design took her from San Diego to Anchorage, and finally to the Seattle area, where she successfully owned and operated Commercial Interiors until 2022. Z Lynn was incredibly active throughout her life, enjoying tennis, skiing, nature walks, gardening, and shooting at the range. She was deeply devoted to her family, always providing unwavering support to her eldest daughter, who is blind. She was preceded in death by her second husband, Gary Black. She leaves behind her two loving daughters; four grand children, Gregory, Rorik, Daisy, and Abigail; her dear friend Wendel; and her beloved 16-year-old cat, Fitzgerald. Her strength of spirit, generous heart, and beautiful smile will be deeply missed.
